Data Sovereignty and the Cloud

Data Sovereignty and the Cloud

Today many of us  use cloud based solutions (public emails like Google or Yahoo, accounts on Amazon and eBay with sensitive financial data) and enterprises are increasingly adopting cloud based solutions such as Software As a Service (SaaS) . Now cloud based solutions are suppose to remove most of these burdens and reduce some. Save running costs dramatically reduced. So why not?
